Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the establishment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Delegating work to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines;
  • Carrying out various administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing reports, and managing inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining financial records;
  • Providing training and guidance to staff members on administrative procedures and policies;
  • Overseeing payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits;
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.

Benefits

Mammoth Imaging Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. The selected candidate will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, ensuring their continued growth and success within the organization.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $62,000 per annum, based on experience.
