Administrative Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Bukhshi Insulation Inc. as a Policy and Procedure Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Establish and maintain work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- English as the primary language of work.
