At Ark Truck & Trailer Repair Inc, we are seeking a skilled Office Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations and be able to effectively coordinate office services, prioritize tasks, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.


The successful candidate will have experience with MS Office and be able to assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, they will be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.


The Office Coordination Specialist will report to the management team and be responsible for coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.


The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordination Specialist to join our team at Ark Truck & Trailer Repair Inc.
