As a Sales Engineer at N-able, you'll play a vital role in accelerating product usage and removing technical buying objections to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of N-able's products to prospective partners.
- Manage prospect requirements and provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs, highlighting N-able's strengths and capabilities, to help potential partners make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
- Collaborate with partners to assess and address client requirements during product deployment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-Able products to their networks, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator, demonstrating technical sales acumen and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills to build rapport and trust with partners.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
- The capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, and work autonomously, demonstrating nimbleness and proactive problem-solving.
