About This Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sales Talent Agency Inc. in Ottawa and Gatineau. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing/upselling existing accounts in the security and IoT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage local accounts within Ottawa and Gatineau
  • Primarily field-based with 80% of time spent in client meetings, and 20% in-office for collaboration with the support team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, educational institutions, municipalities, and private businesses
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Work closely with internal support teams, including engineers and technical staff, for seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the security industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong business development and account management skills
  • Experience selling to public sector clients and private businesses
