About This Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Sales Talent Agency Inc. in Ottawa and Gatineau. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing/upselling existing accounts in the security and IoT solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government, educational institutions, municipalities, and private businesses.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Work closely with internal support teams, including engineers and technical staff, for seamless project execution.
  4. Manage local accounts within Ottawa and Gatineau, with a focus on delivering top-tier security solutions.
  5. Primarily field-based, with 80% of time spent in client meetings and 20% in-office for collaboration.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the security industry.
  2. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong business development and account management skills.
  3. Experience selling to public sector clients and private businesses.
