About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Marketing to join our leadership team at Medimap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our marketplace, leading our marketing function, and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in growth marketing and brand development.
  • Experience working with at-scale marketing budgets and managing large teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive growth and improvement.
