We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, and will be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.

We offer a permanent position with a 40 hour work week, and a language of work in English.
