About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Mircom Group of Companies. This is a 12-month contract position based at our Head Office in Vaughan, Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices daily, including Receiving, Finished Goods, and Operations.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing.
  • Prepare bi-weekly cash requirements and submit payments via cheque, EFT, or ACH.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payments, issues, and other matters.
  • Perform general office duties, including faxing, filing, and year-end/month-end tasks.
  • Assist with other accounting duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable administration.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data entry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
