  • Conduct due diligence; gathering and organizing financial data related to bond issuers and borrowers from public sources.
  • Prepare and file UCC Financing Statements; researching industry databases, publicly-available information from local governments and other sources, and assisting lawyers with reviewing the applicable law.

We are looking for someone with experience in transactional documents and procedures or similar type work. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, track bond closings simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality while handling client-related work and administrative duties.
