Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for colleagues and clients.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, organization, accuracy, client focus, and reliability are essential for this position.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance is required for this role.
- Work Environment: This position is based in an English-speaking work environment with standard working hours.
