Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cars 21 Motors Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range estimated between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The standard working hours are 40 hours per week in an English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for colleagues and clients.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
