Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Red Basil Vietnamese Cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, utilizing data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Establish work schedules and manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions and building strong relationships
- Certifications in Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience
