Salary range: $70,000-$80,000

A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Office Manager. We are looking for an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. As a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. This is a senior position that will result in being a lead sales associate and will incorporate office management. The job will also have a generous sales bonus plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years Insurance sales experience
  • Successful track record of meeting insurance sales goals/quotas
  • Well-versed in ability to understand system policy software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extremely well-organized
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • OTL or RIBO & LLQP license - must have a current license, or be willing to get a second license in short order
