Agile Product Owner - Digital Marketing

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead our Digital Marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the vision of our digital marketing efforts, working closely with our Scrum team and Product Manager to oversee the development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of our digital marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch
  • Work with stakeholders and customers to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team
  • 2+ years' experience with large-scale projects with multiple technical teams
  • Proficiency in writing user stories
  • Previous experience in an Agile environment
  • Strong proficiency in modern marketing technology (digital experience platform like Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, Marketing automation)
  • Expert knowledge and experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • JIRA + Confluence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with data-heavy projects
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Adobe platform knowledge
  • Certification in Project Management
