We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at McCain Foods. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the creation, enhancement, and sustainment of digital technologies that drive automation, digitization, and analytics in our agriculture business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and define product features.
- Translate business processes into a supporting product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work closely with the Digital Delivery Team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Ensure the successful launch of products and creation of business value.
- Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and ensure products remain competitive in the market.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Consulting, Process Mapping, and Design.
- Experience in full Digital Product Development cycle.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Experience working with multiple regions and at a global or regional level.
- Ag Business Degree.
- UX design experience.
- Agriculture product development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform.
