About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and journey
  • Actively increase lead generation for optimal business use
  • Develop products with the Technology team while using an HCD approach
  • Maintain and optimize current website by creating new digital tools, and optimize the search engine
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Proficient with Adobe Experience Owner, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with the Agile method
  • Knowledge of UX best practices
  • Knowledge of financial services, mortgages, and loans
  • An eye for design
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Experience with AODA is a bonus
