Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the distribution center's operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and protocols
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
