Adecco Canada is currently hiring a full-time energetic and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to be the face of our client's company and deliver an exceptional client experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing seamless support and ensuring that all their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and creditors through both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and returning voicemails.
  • Assist clients to meet their payment commitments.
  • Process creditor balance verifications and resolve discrepancies.
  • Complete monthly reports and tasks to ensure accounts are serviced in a timely manner.
  • Schedule credit counselling appointments for first-time callers as well as review appointments for existing clients.
  • Assume responsibility for professional development by staying up to date on current developments in the field of credit counselling.
  • Other duties as assigned by management including, but not limited to, classifying inbound documents, responding to general email inquiries, and assisting with outbound communications.
Qualifications:
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
  • Strong command of the English language (English/French bilingualism is an asset).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable time management and ability to self-manage responsibilities.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.
  • Enjoys working with a multicultural public in a personable and empathetic manner.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in learning about personal finance.
  • Must be bondable.
