Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Office Operations
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging catering and audio-visual equipment.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office.
