Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Randstad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in energy assessment and technical sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will work closely with our internal teams, vendors, and clients to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients
- Conduct energy assessments and provide technical sales support to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing content and pitch decks
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of energy assessment and technical sales principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Location
