Description du poste

L'analyste support fonctionnel pratique répond aux demandes des utilisateurs, analyse les processus fonctionnels liés aux enquêtes techniques, travaille avec les BA et les développeurs pour les tests et l'homologation.

Compétences requises

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste support applicatif, de préférence dans le secteur financier
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience avec Excel, Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience avec SQL Server
