About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft Office, and other internal applications
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Provide training and support to end-users on technical applications
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP concepts
  • Ability to create and execute test transactions
  • Fluency in both English and French
About You

You will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software applications. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with all levels of users, both verbally and in writing. You will be a creative problem-solver who can translate complex technical issues into simple, step-by-step instructions that a wide audience can understand.
