We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sector Growth Leader to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in leadership roles within professional services or advisory services organizations. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, driving business strategy, building ecosystems for revenue generation, and growing accounts or practices.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and growing existing and new client relationships
- Driving profitable commercial growth, service portfolio expansion, and joint market opportunities
- Leading a high-performance team of sales professionals, client managers, delivery teams, marketing, finance, and HR
- Developing strategies to address market requirements and create differentiated solution offerings
- Increasing top-line revenue, reducing costs, and improving operating margins
- Establishing a strong Wipro market position and increasing brand awareness within the Canadian geography
- Originating, qualifying, and closing large / transformational services engagements
- Defining and directing Partnerships and Alliances strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of leadership experience in professional services or advisory services organizations
- Proven track record of delivering results, driving business strategy, and growing accounts or practices
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build relationships with customers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing paradigm of consulting and identify commercially innovative solutions
- Strategic mindset and ability to manage P&L responsibility (minimum USD 200 million)
We Offer:
