Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our team at WRHA Community Health Services - Point Douglas Home Care. As a key member of our P2 Point Douglas Team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote client independence and well-being

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
