Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fernie Pizza & Pasta. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Time Management: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
