The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our brand's unique voice and image.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Write, produce, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, product descriptions, and website copy.
- Conceptualize and execute content campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and our website.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement brand and creative direction for all marketing projects.
- Manage and recruit freelance writers and content creators as needed.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
- Ensure consistency in our brand's voice and image across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing, digital journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
