Job Title: Pricing Director

407 ETR is seeking a Pricing Director to lead the strategic vision and tactical execution of revenue management/pricing at our organization. The successful candidate will leverage rates, discounts, promotions, pricing analytics, and customer insights to optimize revenue long-term.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deliver the revenue management/pricing strategic vision and tactical execution plan at 407 ETR with significant results.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team of revenue management/pricing analysts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to effectively execute revenue management strategies and pricing tactics.
  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data related to customer price behavior.
  • Manage consultants retained, including contract preparation, price negotiation, and budget management.
Requirements:
  • A University bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a revenue management/pricing leadership role.
  • Strong experience with revenue management/pricing analytics, customer experience, and pricing mechanisms.
  • Strong experience with tools like Tableau and SQL.
  • Exceptional business/market analysis, research, and problem-solving skills.
