We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at ROYS PUB, DINING, MOTEL AND EVENT CENTRE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our guests.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Event Support: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our events and functions.
- Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in the food service industry is an asset.
- Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure to meet the demands of our guests.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is dependable, has excellent oral communication skills, and is a team player.
