We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Wally's Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the storage and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure that we are providing excellent service to our customers.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or Bar environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
