About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at ROYS PUB, DINING, MOTEL AND EVENT CENTRE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing and executing buffets and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and presentation.
  • Operational Management: Contribute to the effective management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Work Environment: This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
