We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Wally's Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food production.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
