Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an integral member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:

  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Filing and Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Education and Experience: High school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
