Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an integral member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Filing and Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Education and Experience: High school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
