We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at I.M.I Financial Group Corp. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a client-focused mindset.
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 40 hours of work per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and the language of work is English.
