Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at LET'S HUMMUS.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of results.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, managing resources and optimizing processes.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors.
