About the Role

Elevate your career with a challenging opportunity to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service, driving branch productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to provide the necessary supervision, ensuring safety, branch metric performance, and Rental Flow efficiency while delivering world-class sales and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance with all company policies.
  • Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items, determining root causes, and opportunities for improvement, providing coaching and feedback to staff, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support all aspects of sales and customer service to ensure world-class service and operational excellence, including processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring staff is trained and compliant with the Rental Flow Process; drive profitability by monitoring and controlling costs.
  • Maintain day-to-day operational activities, including opening and closing, cash drawer reconciliation, and bank deposit, and others.
  • Motivate, coach, and train personnel to promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability, and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of sales and operational experience.
  • Supervision and leadership experience (2+ years) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
