Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and leasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
