Job Description
  • Company Overview

As an Operations Coordinator at LET'S HUMMUS, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within our team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize productivity.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to provide valuable insights.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas with a smile.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for easy access.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry with precision and speed.
