Job Summary

As the Meditech Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to front-line staff, physicians, and IT local service desks across our four-hospital partnership. Your key responsibilities will include managing and triaging Meditech service requests, determining clinical priority and business needs, and facilitating effective solutions that align with regional/organizational goals and objectives.

About You

  • We are looking for an individual with a strong functional knowledge of the Meditech HIS modules, operational workflows, including associated equipment, integrations, and operational functions.
  • You should have at least three years of relevant healthcare experience and a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Meditech Expanse and Internet research capabilities is preferred.
  • You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
