This role supports our commercial and residential customers by providing world-class customer service. You will work directly with and support our Branch Managers, Technicians, and other members of the Support Services team to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls, correspondence, and service requests for residential and commercial customers.
  • Offer creative solutions to customers, including home inspection leads and product recommendations.
  • Identify customer needs and offer products to close sales and generate revenue.
  • Provide one-call resolution by using all available resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Use computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, and gather information.
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Able to learn and use multiple computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Prioritize work without direct supervision.
