Job Title: Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

At Indigo, we're seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • Add joy to customers' lives by providing personalized service and product recommendations
  • Leverage our product offerings to tell compelling stories and connect customers to our brand
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, building strong relationships and driving sales
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience
  • Maintain Visual Standards and ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and programs, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers
  • Contribute to a culture of health and safety, actively participating in ensuring the well-being of colleagues and customers
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, moving freely and safely
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset
