Customer Experience Specialist

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is a leading provider of pest control services to the property management sector. With a strong presence in Canada, we offer innovative solutions to protect homes and businesses from pests.
This role is a key part of our customer service team, supporting both commercial and residential customers. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will work closely with our Branch Managers, Technicians, and other Support Services team members to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all areas.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, correspondence, and service requests, turning great service into revenue-generating contacts.
- Offer creative Home Inspection leads to customers who qualify.
- Identify customer needs and offer products to close sales and generate revenue and commissions.
- Resolve customer issues using all available resources.
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Have general knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
- Use excellent verbal communication skills to overcome objections and de-escalate situations.
- Utilize computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, and troubleshooting.
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
- Respond to after-hours calls, messages from the answering service, and Webform inquiries.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Docs, Drives, Gmail, and Calendars.
- Able to learn and use multiple computer systems.
- Knowledge of Vendor Portals is an asset.
- Excellent proof-reading abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize work without direct supervision.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferred: College Diploma or University Degree in a business, administrative, and/or accounting field or equivalent experience.
