Job Title: Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

At Indigo, we're seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • Add joy to customers' lives by leveraging our products and services
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, using your knowledge of our products to tell compelling stories
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Ensure Visual Standards are followed and maintained, showcasing our products in the best possible light
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, using this knowledge to enhance the customer experience
  • Contribute to a culture of health and safety, actively participating in ensuring the well-being of colleagues and customers
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, taking ownership of resolving issues
  • Hold self and others accountable, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and feedback
  • Share ideas with the Leadership Team on how to improve the employee and customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred, but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset
