Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tamarind Regina. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
