We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at K.I.B. & VHEL SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

The successful candidate will have strong computer and technology skills, including MS Office, and be able to work in a team environment. They will be organized, a team player, and able to work under pressure.

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
