Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our Community Outreach Team in North Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client care activities, supervising staff, and developing innovative approaches to delivering quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client care activities to deliver primary care, mental health, and substance use services.
  • Lead in planning and implementation of innovative approaches for delivering quality and efficient services.
  • Supervise and guide designated staff.
  • Consult and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and family members.
  • Act as a clinical resource for staff and promote education and research.
  • Assist Manager with performing administrative duties and coordinating staffing, scheduling, and reporting activities.
  • Provide input into proposals, budgets, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Three years' recent, related experience in the designated clinical area, including one year's related administrative/supervisory experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for local area travel may be required.
