About the Role

As a Workday Payroll Consultant at HR-PATH, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and configure Workday Payroll to meet those needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing training and support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Configuration: Participate in all phases of the implementation of the Workday Payroll module, analyze client needs, and configure Workday Payroll settings to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Project Documentation: Develop project documentation, including design documents and testing, to ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Client Communication: Maintain daily communication with clients and HR-PATH consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful implementation.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support for the final solution to end users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Delivery and Maintenance: Monitor the delivery of bug fixes and enhancements from the vendor, participate in testing, and conduct technical controls to ensure the system is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of at least one Workday Payroll Module (Pay Component Configuration, Taxes, Accounting, Payroll Reporting, FLSA, Flat Sum Bonus, Retro, Payroll Business Processes, EIBs & Data Conversion) as well as Security and Reporting.
  • Certification: Workday Certified a plus.
  • Language: Excellent English level, French a plus.
  • Skills: Experience with configuring and customizing Workday Payroll, developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, conducting system testing and troubleshooting payroll issues, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
