Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our business.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, including negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Employee Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
