We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
