Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at 1825187 Ontario Corp. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials across international routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a commercial vehicle as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials.
  • Obtain special permits and documents required for international routes.
  • Operate and maintain the vehicle, including performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
