Job Summary

FEI International Express Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers, including dispatching and route planning.
  • Train and Develop drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Manage and Maintain vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including loading and unloading of goods.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Supervision, dispatching, and coordination of activities.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 to 42 hours per week.
